1. Shipping & Tracking

What carriers do you use? For domestic shipments, we primarily use FedExwith some situations requiring the use of USPS (PO Boxes, for example). For international shipments, we use USPS almost exclusively.

How long will it take for my package to get to my destination? Our shipping goal is that an order placed Monday through Friday before 6:00 AM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day, or by the end of the next business day. Most US packages take 5-7 business days to arrive from our headquarters in the US. Most Canadian packages take 14-21 business days. Most shipments to the EU take 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination. Most shipments to Australia and SE Asia locations take 3-5 weeks. Up to 6 weeks in Brazil, Eastern Europe, or Russia. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to your shipping notification for more precise information.

Is tracking included? Yes, all customers who ordered from this site or from one of our crowdfunding projects will receive an email with tracking information where available.  If you did not receive a tracking number, please fill out our customer service form to request one! If you ship to an address in the 50 US States, your package will have tracking through the carrier’s website. If you ship to an address outside of the US, shipping methods and available tracking are more varied. If your shipment has tracking, your notification email will let you know. Otherwise, your package may be delivered via injection into your local postal service to keep your shipping costs down. There is no tracking number for this kind of shipment.

2. Returns & Replacements

Returns (U.S. Orders)

If you purchased an item directly from this website and it is unopened, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and instructions. Please clearly note the reason for the return on the outside of the package. Approved U.S. returns should be sent to:

We reserve the right to deny return requests based on circumstances (for example, items purchased outside the return window).

International Returns

Because we are a small publisher, we evaluate international returns on a case-by-case basis to provide the most fair and cost-effective solution. In many cases, we may offer a partial or full refund without requiring the item to be returned, especially when return shipping costs are high relative to the product value.

Please do not ship any items back without prior approval, as incorrect routing may result in lost packages or denied refunds.

Items Purchased from Other Retailers

If your item was purchased from a retailer or third party, please contact that seller directly, as their return policies may differ.

Missing Parts

If your item is missing a part, please fill out our customer service team and include a photo of the missing component (you can often reference the rulebook). We will ship replacement parts at no cost when appropriate. Note: We ask for your understanding with minor cosmetic issues. For example, a slightly chipped token or a single missing cube from a large quantity may not affect gameplay.

Damaged Items

If your game arrives with significant damage and was purchased from this website, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please submit a request to custotmer service and include photos of the damage.

Shipping Limitations for Replacement Parts

Due to a high rate of unsuccessful deliveries, we are currently unable to ship replacement parts directly to the following regions:

  • Mexico
  • South America
  • Africa
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • North Korea
  • Middle East

We can ship to forwarding addresses in supported regions (such as the U.S. or Europe), including freight forwarding services like Shipito.
