1. Shipping & Tracking
What carriers do you use? For domestic shipments, we primarily use FedEx, with some situations requiring the use of USPS (PO Boxes, for example). For international shipments, we use USPS almost exclusively.
How long will it take for my package to get to my destination? Our shipping goal is that an order placed Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM Easter Time will be shipped by the end of the next business day. Most US packages take 5-7 business days to arrive from our headquarters in the US. Most Canadian packages take 14-21 business days. Most shipments to the EU take 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination. Most shipments to Australia and SE Asia locations take 3-5 weeks. Up to 6 weeks in Brazil, Eastern Europe, or Russia. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to your shipping notification for more precise information.
Is tracking included? Yes, all customers who ordered from this site or from one of our crowdfunding projects will receive an email with tracking information where available. If you did not receive a tracking number, please fill out our customer service form to request one! If you ship to an address in the 50 US States, your package will have tracking through the carrier’s website. If you ship to an address outside of the US, shipping methods and available tracking are more varied. If your shipment has tracking, your notification email will let you know. Otherwise, your package may be delivered via injection into your local postal service to keep your shipping costs down. There is no tracking number for this kind of shipment.
2. Returns & Replacements
If you purchased an item from this website and it is unopened, you may return it for a refund minus the cost of delivery and a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please fill out our customer service form to request a return. Once return is approved, you will receive an RMN (Return Merchandise Number) along with shipping instructions. We reserve the right to deny the request based on the circumstances (i.e., if the game was purchased a long time ago).
If the item was purchased elsewhere, please contact the publisher or retailer associated with the product (they probably have a similar form on their website).
If your item is missing a part, please fill out our customer service form and include a picture of the missing part (You will likely find a picture in the rulebook) so that we can ship you a free replacement. IMPORTANT: It’s important to us that you get the full and best version of your game. That said, we ask for your compassion and understanding if certain types of tokens are missing or broken. For example, a small token with a slight chip or scratch, or a single cube missing from an allotment of 50, might not be absolutely necessary.
If a game box is severely damaged and you purchased it from this website, you may request a replacement within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Please fill out our customer service form and include a picture of the damaged box.
If the item was purchased elsewhere, please contact the publisher or retailer associated with the product (they probably have a similar form on their website).
We can no longer send parts to customers in Mexico, South America, Africa, Ukraine, Russia, North Korea and the Middle East due to the high rate of unsuccessful shipments. We can, however, ship to forwarding addresses in the US, Europe, and other regions (a friend or a forwarding service like Shipito).
